I create and hand blend each tea variety with love and attention. All the herbs are Certified Organic. We try to source herbs from small organic herb farms primarily throughout the west coast. If we source from farms internationally, then we always make sure the herbs are tested for purity. We are committed to making sustainable products, and package the teas in recycled, compostable bags. The specific herbs in each blend are very safe and recommended for daily use, ensuring their tonic properties. Herbs, unlike pharmaceutical medicines, are often best taken regularly. I only use herbs that are extremely safe and proven effective through their use in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and/or Western Herbalism for centuries, and often even millennia. However, there are some herbs that are counter-indicated during pregnancy (meaning, they are not recommended for use during pregnancy). I have listed with an * at the end of individual tea descriptions which blends are not recommended during pregnancy. If you have any more specific questions about the individual blends or counter-indications please email me and I will answer them. BREW: Organic Herbal Chai

An uplifting and refreshing blend of white tea with amazing peach essence and pink rose accents. White tea has a gentle amount of caffeine to help you focus. This simple blend will most assuredly please the palette.

PROPERTIES: An important tea for anyone who regularly suffers from debilitating menstrual cramps and fatigue. Cramp bark offers efficient relief of smooth muscle cramping. Devil’s Claw and rose hips are anti-inflammatory. Ginger and fennel calm nausea and digestive complaints. Rhodiola and astragalus help the body manage stress and diminish fatigue. Dong Quai is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a menstrual balancer.
TASTE: This tea has a slightly richer medicinal tones than most of my teas. Balanced and accented by sweet honeybush, cinnamon, and fennel. Worth every sip. I recommend drinking this tea starting at least two days before menstruation and continue as long as pain or fatigue are present.

I can’t change a persons hectic lifestyle, but I can provide teas that nourish depleted body systems and enhance physical and mental stamina.
TASTE: Surprisingly balanced taste that combines earthy, sweet, and slightly bitter flavors.

TASTE AND PROPERTIES: Bliss is defined as “perfect happiness” and “serene joy”…this loose leaf love tea will fill you with bliss. A truly delightful blend who’s lovely flavor will help bring forth confidence and happiness. Floral, sweet, and slightly spicy. It’s strong aroma of rose and chocolate flirt with the senses. Damiana hails from mexico, the damiana I use is ethically and sustainably wild harvested. Considered a folk aphrodisiac, damiana is commonly used as a love herb. Passionflower uplifts by calming muscle tension and anxiety. Clove, cinnamon, and cacao together increase energy and circulation. Licorice reduces stress and adds a kiss of sweetness.

TASTE AND PROPERTIES: Kukicha Gold is a warming blend of roasted kukicha twig tea accented with orange, cinnamon, and clove. Codonopsis is often referred to as “poor man’s ginseng” because its effects are similar to ginseng, but at a fraction of the cost. This tea will help support circulation, digestion, and stress management. Kukicha is very low in caffeine, so it wont make you gittery like strong black tea chai blends. Kukicha is beloved in Japan by young kids and elders for its delightful sweetness and roasted flavor.
