Shipping and Delivery

We handle our fulfillment with care, packaging every order ourselves directly from our farm.

  • Seattle Regional Customers: For select local accounts, we may decide to hand-deliver your order directly with no shipping or delivery charge.
  • Courier Shipping: For all other orders shipped via mail carrier, real-time shipping costs are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout.

Payment and Checkout

Online Orders (Shipped): If we do not deliver to you in person, wholesale orders are securely placed and paid for upfront through Shopify.

Local Delivery Orders: For regional customers receiving a hand-delivery, we accommodate flexible payment terms. We gladly collect a check at the time of delivery or allow you to send a check shortly afterward.

Custom Tea Blends

We can provide custom blends to businesses looking to serve a unique house tea to their patrons. Please contact us to inquire about custom blend options.

Tea Quantities

Bulk tea can be purchased by the pound. Each retail bag has 20-25 servings of tea.

Resale

Most resellers charge customers between $14 and $15 per bag.
